REVA Medical Expands Its Offices and Development Facilities
April 3, 2009 -- REVA Medical, Inc. has expanded its office and development facilities, adding an additional 4,200 square feet of office space and more than 2,000 square feet in technological facilities including a state-of-the-art ISO Class 7 clean room and additional chemical and engineering lab space. The expansion will support REVA’s development activities as it moves toward commercialization of its bioresorbable drug-eluting coronary stent.
Dr. Joan Zeltinger Presents Scientific Data on REVA Polymers at 8th World Biomaterials Congress
May 30, 2008 -- Dr. Joan Zeltinger, REVA Medical’s Vice President of Scientific Affairs, today presented her abstract entitled, Novel Medical Device Polymers: In Vivo Degradation and Analytical and Histopathological Characterization, at the 8th World Biomaterials Congress in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Dr. Zeltinger presented data from a degradation study conducted under physiological conditions that resulted in a complete chronology of the histological, analytical and structural changes of three polymer formulations in a family of new medical device materials.
